Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the applications published by My OpenCrab, including My OpenCrab (KANI-CORE) and AI Crab Puzzle ("the apps"). By downloading, accessing, or using an app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

1. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All intellectual property rights — including crab character designs, pixel art, sound, the user interface, and any bundled data files — are the exclusive property of the developer/operator. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to play the games.

2. Free-to-Play & Advertising

The apps are free and supported by advertising. Some apps (including AI Crab Puzzle) offer optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game items such as lives or extra time. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. The apps contain no in-app purchases.

3. Virtual Items

In-game items (lives, characters, scores, streaks, and similar) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be lost if you delete an app or clear its data. We may change game balance, features, or content at any time.

4. Leaderboards

Where leaderboards are offered (e.g. AI Crab Puzzle via Apple Game Center), they are subject to the platform's terms. We may reset or remove entries that appear fraudulent to maintain fair play.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying an app's source code.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using third-party software to alter gameplay, scores, leaderboards, or the ad/reward system.
• Extracting, modifying, redistributing, or making unauthorized secondary use of bundled game data or art assets.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that an app will run seamlessly on all devices or be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the apps.

7. Changes

We may update the apps or these Terms at any time, and may discontinue an app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
