All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the crab character designs, pixel art, user interface, and the pre-recorded dialogue and text data (JSON files), are the exclusive property of the developer/operator. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to play the game.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will run seamlessly on all specific devices or that it will be entirely free of errors or interruptions. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

3. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair and secure environment, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise modifying the application's source code.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using third-party software to alter the gameplay experience.
